Longhorn is still several years away, 2006 at the earliest. VFP will have one or two versions past Europa in that time frame. But, we can look at a few things:
- Win32 APIs will go into maintenance mode in Longhorn
- New features will require .NET
Right now it appears there won't be much or any interop to get the new features.
