I am responsible for driving the XML tools for Whidbey (the next version of Visual Studio), and I am responsible for the new XML editor and XSLT editor/debugger that is coming in Whidbey. I'm not the developer, but I am responsible for the project and am driving the feature set that will be included and the priorities. I wouldn't say it is my editor since there is a team involved, but this is what I've shown at a few regional events lately, including to some MVPs in L.A. this past Saturday.
