I am doing some office automation with VFP and word. I have it pulling up a main document which is connected to a data source. The document is a template type (.dot) and the data source is a comma delimited (.csv) type. The problem I have is that I added some fill in fields to the word document. I used the \o parameter which tells it to ask you for the response only once and disburse it to all the records merged in the document. It does that, if say I have three record, it will disburse the same result to all three. The problem I am having is that it asks me each fill in question twice. It looks like it asks me when the main document is opened, then asks me again when the merge is performed with the automation code. Has anyone run into this before and has a work around for it?
