Sorry about the Delay in reading this 10 other things came up.. I get an unrecognized command.. just to be sure i wasnt typing any thing wrong i replaced that field name with another and sql ran fine. If I put the other field back in it gives the the error.. so in the end i did * and found out that i had more than 254 fields. So finally in the end I rebooted and the sql command ran.. Go figure :)
