Firebird SQL has almost all of these, and is 100% free.
We use it, is very robust and fast. There is also a 1.4 M embedded dll with the engine, to use locally.
Its compiled procedural language executes very fast.
Also a lot of free and commercial tools are available.
I think that is superior to MySQL, regarding features.
