Hi Fred
No, I think it was the ancient grece philisoph Sokrates at around 400 BC. Whenever sombody wanted to talk to him they first had to answer yes to three questions:
Is it important?
Is it true?
Is it anything good?
He did not talk to other people very much!
>>I don't know who or where I got this advice from but it goes along the lines of "if you only have something negative to say, then don't say it at all".
