Calling JS func from code behind with parameters

First leave the .NavigateUrl property empty.
Then add an onClick event to the hyperlink to launch your javascript function. In the code behind Page_Load event:

this.hlnkControl.Attributes.Add("onClick", "onWindow(); return false;")
