I am amazed that I, who do NOT have english as my native language, understands this, but you do not. Microsoft is divided into different units/groups, and Ken is the product manager for the VS Data group. They don't have a product called VS Data just like they don't have a program called Management or a program called Future products even though they have a management group and probably also a group to make predictions about the future. Do you need more clarification? Sigh!
