Microsoft has not positioned VFP as you say, check out content on
http://msdn.com for clarifications on your assumptions there. I suggest you figure out what features you need that might be missing before you jump to such conclusions. I already said that Europa is going to add addtional SQL Server compatabiity features. Europa is going to add the following data type support, which will benefit VFP apps using Yukon as well as SQL Server 2000: Varbinary, Varchar, Blob
