You can't really do that I think because the Web drop downlist natively doesn't have a way to trap the indivdual keystrokes. You'd have to resort to using a textbox and making it appear to not edit the text as you type. You can probably hack the control Cathi pointed out. Note this thing only works with IE...

I want him/her to pick an option from the list, but if they start typing something, I'd like to have an incremental search going on, like we have in VFP's combobox. Get it? :)
