Very few clients map out all of the business rules and exceptions for you, as I'm sure you are aware. By creating an entity model, as a minimum, and a process model and then getting it signed off by the client, you are ensuring that no matter what happens, you have done your professional best.
The two words were in reference that I agree with the thinking. But, more consideration would be in effect if one of those actions need to be done. :)
