You may select whatever text compare utility you like by marking the checkbox in the lower part of the SourceCompare form. Please note that after checking this entry you may then choose the text comparison tool of choice.

You are quite right about the FFC and I will make a build which corrects that. I am not prepared to distribute the source, as it is not "pretty".
