I'm trying out a few pivot table like activeX's I want to encorporate in my application but most of them require a cube file *.cub. I have searched around a bit but i'm fairly new to them I have one example but its a binary file. Does any one know how one can create these files?

I will need to be able to create them for multiple data sources (DB2,SQL Server, Oracle)...

I'm looking for a good introduction to the files and perhaps an application that can create them if its necessary..
