How to solve these errors?

In Machine.config (or if you're using Win3k - in the Application Pool Settings of the IIS virtual that hosts your app) you can configure a user name that your app runs under.

Check to see that this account is still valid and that the password is correct.

It sounds like somebody may have been messing with the accounts on the machine and that may have changed a password or had an account expire or get removed.
