Hi all.....I feel like the person who said "I've fallen and I can't get up"..........

The truth is I am working in FoxPro 2.6 for Dos and I
need some help. The first thing I need to do is to figure out how to use this Universal Thread, like where to look for the answers to my posting. Can somebody take a moment and clue me in as how to get around the different areas?
