Isnt there a 6th option that says:
transfer all the nice things things that fox has like :
local data engine(even with no backward compatibility if it is to kill dbf or break the 2Gb limit or for other marketing reasons), inherent sql manipulation language , quick and easy browsing and native grids, form buffering, macros or ,or ... , into VB.Net, and dont transfer what ever VB.Net already has. Would you then care if the name Foxpro wouldnt exist ? Then Fox, would have been killed but her spirit would exist into .Net ...
