I am saying that there are no plans to move the VFP product onto the .NET platform. Microsoft is activitly adding VFP-like features to Whidbey and will continue to do so for Orcas. Things like Longhorn specific user interface applications using XAML, Indigo, WinFX/WinFS, and other future technologies will all be .NET (managed code) based and require Visual Studio.
