It also has an option of scaling the pages to a specific Thumbnail size by specifying the max pixel size and then it keeps the page aspect ratio within that max size. So, in theory you could set the page size to match the ratio of the images and then use the AddPicture method to add your photos onto a page and then call the SaveToBitmap, SaveToJPEG or SaveToMetafile methods and set the nThumbnail size to 160 and then you would get the size you are looking for.
