Ken has not come right out and said it, but, he has not denied that this is the strategy. His stance in other threads is that he is still a strong proponent of VFP, BUT, that he works for Microsoft and has to do what's best for their interest. Translation: don't expect these kinds of improvements to vfp where they will compete with .NET. Ken and MS$ goal is to get everyone here to get both the latest version of vfp and VS.NET. Building strong web capability into vfp doesn't fit into this stategy (or other cutting edge features) - of course, I'm very open to be corrected here...

>>I already offered AVFP to MS for free to include with vfp, but, they're not interested in improvements that will compete with .net or give people a reason not to buy vs.net, apparently.
