If that's the case think Michel could have implemented an option in members account where those that didn't want to have their names revealed could decide so. In this case it could be counted but in place of the user name (in the "spy" screen) it would appear as "hidden user", or something like that.

I found that feature really good and have no problem to see my name shown when I do things. I respect others concerns, by I don't care about these privacy issues, since I'm not doing anything wrong, illegal or imoral or that I should be shamed for.
