Do you realy think - that is a good idea?

I have contact with some of them and they said, that it is impossible to help me - developers could not help me, because only bosses or HRDs can make a decision... That is our life's reality - developers have to only work and do not make any decision...

I did this research in 2000 in Saint Louis, MO, USA. All in vain - they (developes) were so busy, so I could not find any help...

But anyway, thank you very much for your advices. Today I will have my first interview in IT company (I am not sure, that they use FoxPro, but they use - ASP, SQL server, XML, HML...) Sorry, that I could not realize my dream - FoxPro work practice...
