I hear this a lot ("familiar interface...") but I really do wonder if that's truly the reality...

I still see lots of DOS applications in use out there, and I'm not talking FPD apps but brandX apps.

I've had 2 different secretaries at two different places panicking because the work they just did was 'lost'. They had saved and it wasn't there later when they went back to get it.
In both cases they had somehow gotten themselves out of "My documents" and had no idea. They had no idea how the treeview (for directories (oops, folders) works. They had no concept of "Find". The "interface" meant dick to them.
