I will try this over a cup of coffee later. Was this technique in our developer's manual or did you figure this out on your own?

>I created a project specifically for custom and subclassed webcontrols that I built so they are separted from my main WebForms project. Once I had the dll from the webcontrols project built, I right-click on the tool box and choose "Add/Remove Items...". Then hit the browse button and find the webcontrols dll. After you choose the dll the controls should show up in the list where you can select them to be shown on the toolbox.
