NUnit allows me to write a business object, interact with it (over and over again, in an automated way) without needing to create a form, and then pass it off to someone else to write the UI. Meanwhile, I'm fairly comfortable that the business object will return the correct data and behave according to spec for the poor UI guy that has to use it.
