Hi Bernard,

It's language specific runtime resource file not foxuser.dbf. The message refers to VFP8Rxxx.DLL (English VFP8RENU.DLL) having different version than VFP8R.DLL (VFP8T.DLL for MTDLL). Make sure that there version match and you don't have other copies in different directory in the Windows search path on that PC.
