>COMMAND = DO "C:\CODEMINE\COMMON50\cmStart"

Comment the above line out in your config.fpw file and see if that makes a difference (then close VFP and restart it). If it does it means its something in your CodeMine configuration somewhere - at which point I would force a re-install of CodeMine.
