I'm trying to be nice to my users and make it easier for them to move backwards out of a grid. I've added a keypress event for the first column and they can SHIFT-TAB to move to the previous non-grid field.

HOWEVER the first column disappears as the grid moves the focus to the last column of the grid (normal behaviour) and then moves the cursor out. This moves the first field out of view as the grid scrolls horizontally.

I tried setting the focus to itself and then to the non-grid field but that made no difference.

HOW can I make the grid keep it's internal focus on the first field?

I'm using VFP3. Thanks
