I've been fooling around with accessing a web service utilizing the sample code that is generated from within the task pane after registering the service.

After the little prog file is done running, I find that I cannot shut down VFP without the use of the task manager. What is it about using web services that prevents a normal shutdown? Will this happen when I access a service from within my app's executable?
