Hi Potter,

Adobe Acrobat Reader can be told to Scale to fit the page to the printer. So, what is most likely the problem is that you are printing with the option of Scale to Fit to page. What adobe does then is scale the output to fit within the printable area of the page. So, try to print without setting the SCALE TO FIT Option.

I have written a VFP app to print checks. Since the data is entered remotely, the program produces the output for the checks into a PDF file.

The problem is that when printed, the PDF is slightly smaller than the same frx puts on paper directly. For anything other than a check, this would not matter, but it does in this application.

I tried using a fractional point size (12.5). The report designer does not allow this, but I hacked the .frx file. It then errors out when printed. Is there a way to control the size when printing to PDF. BTW, I get the same sizing problems whether using Adobe PDF writer or the Ereports add in library for VFP (which is great).
