Do you've anti-virus software on this computer? Did you install all the Windows security pathes?

>Can somebody please help me out. I have Windows Advanced Server 2000, internett explorer 5.0. Recently it gives explorer.exe error in either Kernel32.dll or MSHTML.dll whenever i open any .htm or .html files on my computer. The specifications are
