Hi Rex,

Here's a possibility...

I get this occassionally when I'm dealing with more than one copy of an OCX on the same machine (one for development and another copy in a test install directory for my end-user application).

In my case, it's because the entry in registry for the OCX is being changed to a different directory. Hence, the registry is no longer pointing to the development directory where the development license is for the OCX. I just have a batch file to re-register my OCXs back to the development directory after I do some end-user testing.
