Thankyou for your reply to my message posted last month. I contacted our overseas users in Belgium,Brazil,Denmark and France on your advice but unfortunately they still have the same OLE lDispatch error. We have established that they are running correctly installed versions of MSGraph 5 and Windows 95 like ourselves. Adjusting the SYS(3005) Global LocalID to communicate with the OLE controls in English ( SYS(3005,1003) ) still had no effect. We have assumed that their version communicates in English. Do you have any advice on this matter?
