Jim - it's just not like that. The NDA is to allow both Microsoft and MVP's to "speak" freely in the private newsgroups. If someone brings up an issue that's already public, discussing it there doesn't make it covered by NDA.

Also, expressing my opinion on a topic there doesn't prevent me from expressing the same opinion elsewhere, unless I need to reference NDA information to do so. What it does prevent me from doing is copying someone else's opinion and posting it publically.
