Interesting viewpoint... that even though you're a CUSTOMER for a product THEY SELL they should ignore you. Boy, this new age sure has a different train of thought than the traditional. What if they had a whole division that catered to their "cheaper" products... would you still expect to be ignored.

By the way, bringing up other companies (software companies) to show how poorly they did may look like a sensible defense for MS' tactics, but I'd have thought, again as a CUSTOMER, that you'd prefer they aim for higher than better than the bad. I expect evolution towards better, not continuing the lousy tactics of the past. But who can blame MS, with positions like you have to give them the green light.

cheers
