It's not free, but there is a great MRP manufacturing system written in VFP called TIW WorkShop. Their website is
http://www.tiwcorp.comOne feature that may be of interest to you since you are located in Mexico, could be the multi-lingual capabilities. You have the ability to setup multiple languages and it can even be configured by user. That way if you have some users that might want to see english and others that might want to see spanish, you can setup each user for their own preference.
