I believe your estimate for me to create the simple C++ DLL is too low. I don't know C++ or VB. I have just started to use WIN32 API and WSCRIPT recently. I guess the DLL is compiled using the gdiplusflat.h and a source code file.

Let's assume that the dll is created. How can I use the classes?
