Aren't you using a Timer object?

>SECONDS() gives me the sub-second resolution that I need for scheduling timely interface updates (detailed progress feedback) but it resets at midnight. DATETIME() does not have the midnight problem but its resolution is a bit too coarse for interface updates ("Why is that thing so slow?! Surely your program should run faster on this gazillion megahurtz Penitentium Extremely Expensive than on the old AMD K6 box over there?"). Combining the two functions works but SYS(2015) could have been a simpler solution. Anyway, I was just fooling around and stumbled across the strange 'projected' base date.
