Yes, I think I will do that parent ID condition at moving records.
I just wanted to find out is there some generic solution. This way I must write specific conditions.
Or maybe not, I will think of something :).

I've used it in the past. Otherwise, you can simply add conditions in your skip code to test not only BOF and EOF but whether the child table parent ID matches the parent's. Think of moving past the parent ID as the same sort of issue you'd face with the beginning and ending of the file.
