Hi!

Assure folowing things:
- Global.asax and Global.asax.cs files exists and they're are added into project, so they're compiled as part of project
- Inside of Global.asax.cs file, namespace "myapp" and class "Global" are defined.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
