You're 100% correct. However, I found that MSSOAPT is nowhere near as reliable as the freeware I found (ProxyTrace). With the exact same VFP source code of setting the SOAP client's connector proxy property prior to the SOAP call, MSSOAPT will have a problem with the response from the web service whereas ProxyTrace shows me the communications without any problems.
