Developer's that are creating medical picklists need to send me tables with lots of data in them. They are not wide tables though. They cannot send the whole database since I am changing that all day regularly.

Does someone have a link to an SP that inputs a tablename and outputs a sql script that creates the table with its data or records?

If not, how are developers handling this type of requirement?
