I've been doing digital photography for 4 or 5 years now, but I can't afford any of the expensive digital cameras. The cheaper ones are nothing more than point-and-click and produce quick snapshot pictures, which is fine for lots of things. But, if you want to do any kind of quality photography, you either have to shell out big bucks for a high quality digital camera (and I'm talking several thousand dollars), or go back to shooting with a real camera. I wanted to get back into it so I dug out my 25-year-old Canon AE-1 35mm camera and have been getting reacquainted with it over the past several months. It's been fun. =)
