Might not be much help, but have you gone into the Task Manager to verify that no other programs are running?

Joe

>I have a client who is running Windows NT. When I try to do an install that works fine on win95 machines, I get two errors. First is "c:\winnt\sys32\mscvrt.dll in use by another application", Client can ignore and install continues. Second error is "c:\winnt\sys32\ctl3d32.dll in use by another application", with a cancel, retry dialogue box, and you can't continue. There are no other applications running during install process. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
