Is there an option in the Installshield Express that allows you to NOT register a subfolder that is included in your application?

Example in Installshield:
Step2. Application Specific Data (left pane)
  Files  (left pane)
    Destination Computer (right pane)
    [INSTALLDIR]
       Config  && application folder
       System  && application folder

If I delete the Config subfolder above, the MSI will 'repair' the application by running the MSI installation again. Aside from hacking the Windows Registry, can I set this in InstallShield not to register in Windows?
