*** Announcing Codebook for Mere Mortals Framework Training ***

On April 20th-24th we are offering a training class taught by Kevin McNeish, the Framework creator, for Visual FoxPro 5 Codebook for Mere Mortals Framework. The training is being offered in two parts. You can register for one or both.

The first part (April 20-22) consists of three days of advanced training designed to help you utilize the full power of the Mere Mortals Framework. In each session you will learn how to use the Framework to create flexible applications that anticipate and easily adapt to change. The sessions include in-depth discussion and exercises regarding three-tier architecture, client-server development, business objects, event objects, Codebook Data Environments, Framework design patterns, error handling, forms, team development and more. This portion of the training includes both lecture and hands-on training.
Cost: $1200

The second part (April 23-24) teaches object-oriented analysis and design principles. During this session you will learn how to take a system specification, create an architectural model, then translate this model into a business object-driven application using the Mere Mortals framework. This hands-on session highlights techniques outlined in the Unified Modeling Language and is designed to help you make the mental shift from procedural to object-oriented programming.
Cost: $800

The classroom comes equipped with a high end Pentium computer for each student. By means of Remote Control software you can get an up-close view of the PowerPoint presentations and Visual FoxPro samples from your own computer.

Space is limited to 12 students, and we have already had several developers express interest, so we recommend that you respond as soon as possible. The registration deadline is April 5th.
