is there anything in the project.err file?

>When attempting to compile my app I get the 'Error Reading File' and the compliation stops. Can anyone give me any help in trying to isolate which file it is that is holding up the works. The app seems to work fine in development mode and I am able to open file that is actually showing in the project. I should note that the project was deleted and I am now trying to rebuild it. Thanks for any help you can give - I have never had a problem like this before.
