It's all web to me if it's using the internet whether it's in a web browser or not. Every modern computer language that's interested in remaining relevant to it's users has very strong web support nowadays. I would expect more from Europa than a footnote at the bottom of the page giving a very unclear description of better ASP.NET interop. Delphi, LINUX/Apache/JAVA, all have very strong web support and don't seemed engaged in marketing games with their users.
