I guess I have to be more specific. I know I can CursorToXML to create a file and import it into Excel. I was hoping to avoid programmatically formatting the sheet, so the user could have some control. I was asking for an example of populating a range with the XML, so I could avoid file i/o.

What did you think I meant?
