There should be a plenty of downloadable dictionaries, specially in text format (which won't be a problem for you to migrate into a dbf). Google around, you'll find something.

Another thing to do is to just scan your own mailboxes, browser cache or any bunch of text files, and then chop the text into words, and build your own table that way.
