I have been running this routine monthly for over 3 years and it has never taken over a half an hour. There has been no change to the code (besides what we tried today) and the data is not that much larger. While it is still a lot of data (about 400,000 records in each table), I can't figure out what has changed.....any other ideas? Thanks, KP
